Radio Ad- We have a first draft completed of our radio ad.  We plan to finish it shortly.  We are also messing around with different versions and features so that we will have explored all our options before turning in a final draft.

Television Commercial- Our story board is completed.  We have agreed on a concept and will begin filming on tuesday.  We don’t have any production concerns and filming should be fairly simple.

Statistics were obtained via reliable sources at the BPD about the domestic violence crimes in the city of Boston.  Stats include a breakdown of DV crimes by intimate partner vs non-intimate partner, age, gender, and district, among other things.

These stats also include the number of people who call the police, the number of people who file a formal complaint, the number of people who go to court where a summons is issued and the number of people who follow through all the  way to a warrant being issued.  The preceding stats show a significant decrease from step to step showing how many people actually follow through on their complaints.  There is a huge difference between the number of people who call the police and the number of warrants issued and arrests made.
